ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle full sets of Accounts with Accounts Receivable experience
- Prepare monthly management report on timely basis
- Provide financial analysis and advice to business units for decision making
- Responsible to perform the full spectrum of Accounts Receivables function, daily operations and month-end closing etc
- Prepare reports on ageing, month-end closing and provisions of bad debt
- Responsible for credit control and receivables management
- Manage the budgeting and financial planning processes
- Liaise with auditors and company secretary for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Minimum Diploma or other professional accounting qualifications
- Minimum 3 years with handling full sets experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines
- Positive working attitude, meticulous with accuracy & efficiency
- Ability to commence work immediately is preferred
