Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Singapore office as part of the Controllership team: Senior Accounts Executive What can you expect?

We will count on you to:

• Handle revenue related matters, ensuring revenue is in compliance with revenue recognition policy
• Advising internal stakeholders on issues relating to revenue recognition, billing, GST treatment, etc
• Perform various reconciliations, including revenue and account receivables
• Assist in journal preparation/review
• Dealing with external auditors
• Prepare various reports for management reporting
• Assist in statutory and regulatory reporting such as tax and MAS.
• Assist in quarterly GST filing
• Assist in various ad-hoc projects assigned

What you need to have:

• Minimally 4-5 years of working experience in accounting handling full set of accounts
• Experience in a large/multinational corporation would be highly advantageous, but not mandatory
• Willingness to learn, possess a positive attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with different stakeholders including FP&A, offshore shared service centre and external vendors.
• Able to commit on a contract role till end December 2023.
