Senior Accounts Executive Responsibilities:

Monitor debt collection
Attend credit meetings
Perform credit hold release
New customers creation
Compute monthly, quarterly and yearly commission and rebates
Perform reconciliation for E-Commerce customers
Prepare PowerPoint slides for operation meetings
Attend to auditors on audit queries
Assist in explaining quarterly Account Receivables variances
Participate in half-yearly stock take for group of companies to ensure compliance with stock take procedures, run stock balances and stock take variances
Check, reconcile and key Advertising & Promotion, trading terms and promotion discount charges billed by customers and to compute over/under accruals made
Guide and manage a group of Senior Accounts Assistants/Executives

Requirements:

Accounts Executive Responsibilities:

Monitor debt collection
Attend credit meetings
Perform credit hold release
New customers creation
Daily receipts updating
Send Statement of Accounts to customers
Reconcile and issue debit/credit note for price difference
Follow up with customers and sales teams on outstanding debts and issues raised by customer service
Check, reconcile and key Advertising & Promotion, trading terms and promotion discount charges billed by customers and to compute over/under accruals made
