Job Description
Job Summary:
Basic: $3,600 - $4,500 + Transport allowance $50
Location: Tuas, company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT
Working timing: 8am-5:30pm
Entitled to AWS, 12 days AL, medical reimbursement of $500/year
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle full sets of Accounts
- Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management and cash flow reports
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of GST, annual tax returns and other statutory fillings
- Prepare audit schedule and attend to the queries raised by external auditors
- Review tax computations and liaise with tax agents, banks, corporate secretary and government authorities for all statutory and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
- Perform monthly inventory reconciliation & attend yearly stock take activity
- Maintain Fixed Assets Register and ledger
- Review, implement and improve financial workflows/processes to strengthen internal control and compliance and to enhance operational efficiencies
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Manager
