Job Description

• Position : Senior Accounts Executive/Accountant (Navision/MNC/Payroll) - Up to $5500 + AWS
• Location : West - Jurong (Tradehub 21)
• Working hours : Monday to Friday| 8.30am to 5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $5500 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 15 Days AL + Medical Benefits
• Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide monthly financial statement and management report (presentation slides), for the monthly management meeting.
• Provide annual audit financial statement for local statutory filing and tax filing, liaise closely with the auditor and tax agent.
• Prepare annual budget, quarter forecast as per company\'s guidelines and timeline. Analyze the variance between Budget and Actual and provide advice to the management.
• Ensure compliance to the company\'s and Group\'s accounting and operation processes.
• Ensure efficient use of all financial systems and tools and implement any changes to systems / policies as required.
• Manage the company\'s treasury and cash management functions, maintain good relationship with the bank, ensure healthy cashflow for the day-to-day operation.
• Ensure effective credit control function, support sales team on AR collection.
• Ensure on-time Transfer Pricing filing, documentation & GST Filing.
• Ensure on-time daily bank balance update in the system & Month End Closing.
• Prepare the monthly payroll and statutory payments.
• Ensure on-time supplier payments.
• Updating the project list and project billing on timely basis.
• Ensure timely data entry in Navision (Customer billing and Supplier invoice).

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Finance/Accounting or professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA) with at least 2-3 years of experience
• Knowledge of local + IFRS Accounting
• Knowledge of tax laws will be an advantage
• Knowledge of accounting software Navison will be preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with clients who can only speak mandarin.
