We invite suitably qualified candidates for the following post :-
Senior Account's Executive/Account's Executive
Responsibilities :-
Prepare and review full set of accounts
Prepare financial statements and other management reports
Liase with internal and external auditors, lawyers and company secretaries
Oversee monthly accounts closing and other accounts-related assignment
Prepare and consolidate inter-related and overseas companies accounts
Prepare and submit quarterly GST return.
Prepare corporate tax, liaise with tax agent on the tax filing.
Prepare payroll, CPF contribution, staff IRAS submissions, government claims and Insurance.
Apply for work permits, S pass and Employment Pass and submit Form IR21.
Requirements :-

Diploma/Degree/ACCA holder
Minimum 5 years relevant experience in accounting
Knowledge of Singapore Financial Standards FRS)
Mature, confident, organized and independent
