Our client is in the Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) industry which comprises Early Childhood Development Centres, such as infant care, child care and preschool services. They are currently looking out for an Senior Accounts & Finance Executive to be part of their growing team! \xef\xbb\xbf:
  • Responsible for full set of accounts to ensure timely month-end closing
  • Handle GL/AP/AR independently, supervise receivables, payables and stock control
  • Report and file GST returns
  • Perform tax computation for annual submission purposes
  • Enforce and implement procedures and policies
  • Perform any other duties which may be assigned from time to time
  • Assist in financial statements preparation and management reporting
  • Perform government subsidy reconciliation across companies
  • Analysis and preparation of monthly management reports
  • Work with centres to set and achieve financial goals and metrics
  • Participate in financial reviews and audits
Key Requirements:
  • Degree / Diploma in Accountancy / Finance or ACCA and equivalent with at least 3 years working experience
  • Ability to multi-task and handle full sets of accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Meticulous, proactive, resourceful and self-driven with positive mindset
  • Good understanding of tax regulations and accounting practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Additional Information:
  • Location: HQ at Marine Parade Central
  • Working Hour: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 6:15pm)
  • Salary: Up to $4,200
