Daily collections Handle daily payment collections & perform daily settlement of payments for counter collections Update daily collection reports Follow up on bank cheque returns with student, follow up on recollection and perform necessary tagging in system Checking of system and handle online transfer transactions Attend to student enquiries on payment-related matters 2. EduTrust/ Statutory Compliance Ensure collections are in line with EduTrust Compliance Ensure compliance information are reflected correctly in invoices/receipts/credit notes 3. Assist in other operational duties as assigned Provide good payment service over the counter and attend to all enquiries on payment-related matters over the counter Record log sheet on system issues for counter transaction and provide feedback to IT and helpdesk. Provide support during open house or other marketing launch events Assist back-end finance data entry and back-end filing and clearing postal mails when required. Any other ad-hoc duties as required. Job Requirements Diploma in accounting, business administration or its equivalent 1Year(s) of working experience with cash handling experience, ideally in a bank or similar environment Service-orientated individual with excellent communication skills Meticulous, positive attitude and possesses high level of integrity Pleasant personality, confident and comfortable with dealing with students, parents and general public Well organized and self-motivated Note (working schedule) Monday- Thursday - 10:00am - 7:30pm Friday - 10:00am - 7:00pm We regret to inform that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
