Ensure timely preparation of monthly financial and management reports
Prepare journal entries and monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Perform analysis of departmental Profit & Loss statement
Follow up with departments on expenses accrual and reversal, and any other outstanding issues
Processing of invoices under gift certificate and loyalty program
Perform checks and prepare journal entries for Reimbursement Vouchers
Perform any other duties/projects as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
At least 2-3 years of working experience in accounting and finance, preferably in the hospitality industry
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Team player with good interpersonal skills
Meticulous and strong analytical skills
