Responsibilities:

Champion, coordinate and facilitate continuous process improvements consistent with Corporate and Division level Policy Deployment Goals and Macro Plans, which include but not limiting to:

Provide kaizen event consultancy such as ACE training, plan and facilitate kaizen events and activities to support and guide improvements by removing barriers to ACE implementation.

Apply ACE principles and tools (including Lean transformation) and Value Stream Mapping.

Organize and conduct trainings such as ACE Overview, ACE Superday. Coach and facilitate the use of Improvement Tools in ACE activities/ kaizen events.

Drive, collaborate, participate, monitor and report progress of ACE implementation in operations and business processes.

Perform follow-up actions to close-out \'to-do\' actions after kaizen events.

Collate and report GASCA\xe2\x80\x99s control tower metrics and PDPRs.

Collate and report ACE criteria progress and promote best practices sharing.

Participate in ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as required.

Requirements:

A Degree in Engineering (Aeronautical / Mechanical / Industrial).

Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in lean application in manufacturing environment, preferably aerospace MRO.

Knowledge of Lean Transformation & Process Certification.

Able to effectively work and relate with people of all levels of the organization to achieve common goal.

Resourceful, creative and self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiasm and commitment to project closure.

Strong analytical, problem solving, facilitation, influencing skill.

Good written and communication skills.
