Purpose of this role
Commercial airtime forms a big bulk of mediacorp's revenue. Ensuring that there are no discrepancies in the media bookings processing and commercials scheduling are therefore of utmost importance.
The Ad Admin Executive plays an integral part in ensuring that media bookings from external clients and internal stakeholders are processed timely and spots are scheduled for broadcast.
The individual hired for this role will need to perform Radio media bookings, billings and commercials scheduling.
Responsibilities:

• Process external & internal media bookings for all Radio stations
• Check to ensure compliance with advertising standard
• Manage media bookings in Aquira
• Manage Radio stations ads inventories & open talk inventories
• Schedule external and internal cross promo ads
• Perform after broadcast reconciliation
• Sales accounts tagging in Aquira
• Create Sales orders for services in S4 HANA
• Perform manual fulfillment for services sales orders in S4 HANA
• Raise adjustment notes for billing dispute in Aquira and S4 HANA
• Liaise with Nielsen on daily broadcast logs
• Liaise with external departments on bookings/schedules/billings/credit clearance (etc etc) matters
• Liaise with agencies/direct clients on booking and billing matters
• Liaise with programming team on sponsorship scheduling matters
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operation within the department (eg. Cover duties/additional duties/new duties)

Qualifications:

• 'A' Level or Diploma in any discipline
• Bilingual in English / Mandarin
• Good with numbers and have an eye for details
• Able to multi-task and work independently, under pressure and tight deadlines
• Possess good communication and people skills
• Adapts to change and remains resilient under pressure
• Takes ownership of work and delivers on commitments
• Result-oriented
• Good communication skills
