\xc3\x98 Location: WEST (company transport provided)

\xc3\x98 Working hours: 5 days - Monday to Friday (8:00am - 5:30pm)

Job Scope:

• Ensure timely renewal of insurance policies, manage insurance claims and ensure settlement of claims, maintain and update insurance policies listing and claims register.
• Manage the procurement team for procurement transactions that involve the procure-to-pay process, including but not limited to new supplier approval, requisitioning, PO execution, delivery of goods and services.
• In-charge of the SAP MM module, to coordinate with IT for issues and any changes to the release strategy and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before updating the system.
• Ensure forms for onboarding of new vendors are completed before Finance create vendor in SAP system.
• Part of the tender working committee for procurement of services and good Sourcing of all maintenance contracts.
• Maintain and update company licenses listing and equipment listing supplier creation forms, supplier evaluation forms when necessary.
