This position will provide administrative support for a portfolio of Industrial buildings.
Job Responsibilities

Raising all POs, OAs, GRNs, invoices, refunds
Tracking term contract invoices and following up on tenant's deposits
Handling billings for utilities
Updating tenant listings and tracking of handovers/take overs/fit outs
Managing tenant communications (e.g. sending out circulars to tenants, emails on things to note for incoming and outgoing tenants, preparing SP letters for incoming tenants)
Attending to walk-in contractors and tenants, being the first line of customer service to manage tenant queries and complaints
Filing of service reports
Supporting any other adhoc site operations (e.g., fire drills, tabletop exercises, roadshows)
Job Requirements
--------------------
Diploma in Business Administration or related course of studies.
3 - 4 years of relevant working experience.
Excellent command of English and strong analytical skills.
Meticulous, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with routine processes and paperwork.
Good time management skills.
* Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
