Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Provide front-line customer service to attend to enquiries from students, staff, contractors and visitors.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate collection and receipt of invoices; service reports and other parcels or documents.
\xc2\xb7 Ensure that the workplace is neat and tidy by conducting periodic visual inspections and giving feedback to housekeepers.
\xc2\xb7 Carry out card programming using Allegion-related software.
\xc2\xb7 Print, issue, receive, dispose or replace access cards as per current Standard Operating Procedures.
\xc2\xb7 Carry out periodic documentation housekeeping to ensure all records are easily retrievable with proper filing system.
\xc2\xb7 Organise and take phone enquiries and coordinate meeting arrangements to support the housekeeping manager.
\xc2\xb7 Organise and manage office and refreshment consumables within budget and time.
Requirements
\xc2\xb7 GCE \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level, Diploma or NITEC
5 years of experience in relation to front-line customer service, administration and card programming software skills in Allegion-related software
Salary Range
$3,000 - $3,500
