Job Description
The RoleTo be responsible for ensuring on time return of medical records after patient is discharged in order to meet are returned to MRO on time and on-time scanning/ upload of the medical records in the electronic medical records (EMR) system. To manage request and guide the team whenever necessary.Key accountabilities
- To update coroner\xe2\x80\x99s case in shared drive and follow up with HSA on the post mortem report for COD/FCOD and update Medical Affairs.
- To prepare medical records to Medical Affairs for Mortality review.
- To handle the request for the release of medical information (eg. Email / Ward / BO request) in accordance with established policies and procedures and PDPC Act (as required).
- To update HOD immediately of any missing documents in the course of filing/ follow up on outstanding medical records.
- Raising of PR in SAP.
- To manage the receipt of histology report and update the Histology tracking list.
- Maintains strict confidentiality of all inpatient medical information and ensures that disclosure of information is in accordance with established policies and procedures and PDPC Act.
- Ensure accurate update of drug allergy and medical allergy in the HIS.
- To update HOD on unscanned MR report
- To supervise and guide subordinates in their work.
- Other duties as and when required.
2. At least 4 years of working experience
3. Good written and oral communication skills
4. Competent in Microsoft Office
5. Meticulous and organized.
