Job ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative and clerical support to the team
Perform administrative functions within the department, make discretionary decisions and interface with all appropriate departments on the property
Collate and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Answer correspondence and compose meeting minutes and other department communications
Organize and maintain file system; file correspondence and other records
Answer and screen incoming telephone calls, take and deliver messages
Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agendas, reserve facilities and record and transcribe minutes of meetings.
Gather reference materials, compile and type statistical reports.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials.
Arrange and coordinate travel for team members
Input and update roaster and leave records
Perform other related duties as assigned by Vice President
Represent Marina Bay Sands in a positive and professional manner
Support project budget and ROI management
Support communication with across departments' collaboration and portfolio
Job Requirements
Education & CertificationDiploma in any discipline preferred
ExperienceMinimum four years' working experience in corporate and administrative support for Administrator / Senior Administrator
Other PrerequisitesAbility to communicate in English both written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills
Maintain professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to Company's appearance standards.
Maintain manual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard and operate office equipment, such as telephones, copiers, fax machine, etc., withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods and withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction.
Working knowledge of both Outlook and Microsoft Office Program (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Working knowledge of SAP is a plus
Working knowledge of Power BI a plus
Working knowledge of SCM & Project management program
Working knowledge of inventory program
