You will be involved in or lead the design and development of core algorithms for our chatbot systems, including but not limited to:Prompt engineering and response optimization Supervised fine-tuning (SFT) and alignment of LLMs Multi-turn dialogue context modeling and state tracking Agentic dialogue systems driven by workflow execution Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for Question Answering Reward model design and strategy optimization via reinforcement learning Agent framework design and implementation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, or related fields Minimum 2 years experience in Chatbot Systems Familiar with the theory and implementation of mainstream models in LLM Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C++, Go) Experience with at least one deep learning framework (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) * Good communication skills as well as the ability to work in a cross-functional teamsMNCJobz.com will not be responsible for any payment made to a third-party.
