CREATOR OF WORLDSYOUR PURPOSE
The Senior AI Programmer is responsible for game elements not controlled by the player (such as NPC/enemy actions and behaviours) that enrich the overall game experience.WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO

• Collect, interpret and analyze the technical feasibility of AI specifications.
• Analyze and determine if current AI functionalities in the game engine meet the project\xe2\x80\x99s AI requirements.
• Suggest technical improvements while designing and implementing new AI systems.
• Collaborate with designers to discuss technical constraints and establish technical solutions for varying AI functionalities.
• Propose technical innovations inspired by industry leaders.
• Write clear and well-structured C++ code while bearing in mind performance, maintenance and compatibility requirements.
• Verify and validate that newly developed systems conform to the project\xe2\x80\x99s AI goals without negatively affecting existing code.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or software engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Open to applicants with a background in Gameplay Programming with a keen interest in AI.
• Minimum of 5 years\' experience in programming for video games or relevant fields.
• Preferred experience includes working on AAA titles for current and/or next-gen consoles.
• Extensive knowledge of C/C++ programming and debugging.
• Experience using one or more commercial game engines.
• Proficient in supporting AI functionalities and systems.
• Skilled in identifying and resolving AI-related bugs.
• Demonstrated ability to thoroughly document work for knowledge transfer.
• Capable of tackling complex problems with analytical and logical thinking.
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a knack for taking initiative.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work well other disciplines, focused on delivering results.
