Job Description
Manage alumni relations, engagement initiatives, and communications to strengthen the alumni network and enhance experiences.
Position: Senior Officer, Alumni Relations & Engagement
Location: Central
Salary: Up to $4,000+ PB
Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.30AM- 6PM)
Key Responsibilities: -
Respond promptly to alumni queries and feedback across multiple communication channels, including face-to-face interactions. Maintain and update the alumni database to ensure accurate and timely records. Build and strengthen the alumni network by planning and executing local and international engagement initiatives. Oversee alumni-related content on social media and the corporate website, ensuring timely updates on services and initiatives. Highlight and feature alumni success stories on a regular basis. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of alumni engagement activities, benchmarking against best practices. Review current services and platforms for alumni, and develop new offerings to enhance engagement. Gather alumni insights through focus group discussions and surveys to understand their needs and expectations. Manage budgets allocated for alumni activities and ensure efficient resource utilization. Prepare and provide reports and statistics on alumni engagement and initiatives.
Requirements:
Diploma in in any discipline. Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in alumni relations, student affairs, public relations, or community engagement.
