The CompanyOpportunity to join a fast growing leader in the medical devices and consumables industry as Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager, Commercial Finance.The RoleReporting to the Head of FP&A for APAC, you will be responsible for overseeing the FP&A and commercial finance for a portfolio of countries across SEA, Japan, Korea and ANZ. You will be oversee the financial performance of the countries in the region while partnering closely with the Sales, Marketing and Commercial teams on budgeting and forecasting activities. In addition, you will also provide support to the Country Leaders in financial analysis and driving pricing, revenue growth, marketing activities, effective promotions and optimizing trade distribution.This is a highly visible role within the organization and you will also have the opportunity to rotate across various business units and teams as part of the organization\'s talent management and development program.Your ProfileAs the successful candidate, you will possess a degree in Accounting or ACCA with the following relevant experience:
- At least 8 years of experience in Commercial Finance or FP&A
- Proven business partnering exposure with Sales & Marketing/Commercial teams
- Exposure within the Medical Device / Pharmaceutical or FMCG industry
- Ability to be hands-on, flexible, nimble and agile as this role will be part of the pioneer team in the APAC regional office
