SUMMARY: ESR is looking to fill a (senior) analyst or associate level role in the Capital & Fund Management Team. The candidate will report to the Group Head of Capital & Fund Management. The purpose SUMMARY: ESR is looking to fill a (senior) analyst or associate level role in the Capital & Fund Management Team. The candidate will report to the Group Head of Capital & Fund Management. The purpose of the role is to support and manage all the stages of the fund management process for regional ESR funds, including fund reporting and analysis of project-, fund- and investor level data, and support the fund manager with the investor relations role. Besides this, the role would include supporting the data aggregation, analysis and reporting of project and fund level data across ESR's businesses. The role would also be involved in supporting future fundraises for ESR's APAC regional funds. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business / Management / Economics At least 3-5 years (for Senior Analyst level) of experience within an investment bank, real estate investment manager or a private equity fund manager Practical experience with fund/portfolio analysis and management Real estate background preferred Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and ideally also some experience with coding and business intelligence tools. PERSONAL SKILLS: Strong analytical skills Detailed, reliable and hands-on Highly organized and process driven Strong multi-faceted project management skills Ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal), highly literate Dynamic, enthusiastic and team player with the ability to work with different nationalities and backgrounds. LANGUAGES: Fluent in English spoken and written. Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese, Japanese or Korean is an added advantage but not a pre-requisite. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare quarterly (fund) reports for the fund investors and be responsible for analysing the fund's KPIs including performance Aggregate fund and project level data from various sources within ESR's businesses and prepare insightful analysis and reports based on the data to disseminate to senior management Prepare standard (INREV and other) DDQ documents on ESR's APAC regional funds to support the capital team with fundraises and investor questions Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop accurate and strategic investor presentations Support the APAC Fund Manager in the IR function for some commercial meetings and on the day-day exchanges with investors Respond to queries from fund investors in a timely manner Prepare marketing collaterals including presentations and factsheets Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate / create internal approval materials such as Investment Committee memos for new investments.
