Role Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Your role as a Senior Analyst for Front Office and Client Support will support the growing Markets business and provide additional support to the team and to its main stakeholders. The business has products distributed globally across multiple jurisdictions via internal / external networks and entities. The Markets Product asset classes consist of FX, Rates and Credit, Global Capital Markets, Commodities and Structured Products. These products are distributed across a range of clients and across various locations. where the Front Office Support team has presence in several Global locations provide cross product and time zone support.
Your role is accountable for:
Supporting the business in Singapore and provide additional support to the global team and key stakeholders.
Reviewing current local & global markets processes, propose improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
Ensuring controls and procedures are adhered to, and to keep abreast of regulatory changes and operational risks.
Ownership of issues and to be pro-active in identifying issues and solutions. Ensuring and that all services delivered comply with ANZ Group governance requirements, policies, processes and standards and with legal and regulatory requirements.
focusing mainly on post trade lifecycle issue management and support (cancellations, amendments, options expiries, STP issues etc.) on behalf of the trading & Sales desk.
Developing internal controls for trade capture models, mitigating operational risks through a proactive approach. Documentation of procedures and controls across FO Support activities.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
Experience in financial services with markets middle office experience
Good working knowledge of different asset classes, (FX, Commodities, Rates & Credit as well as structured products).
Good knowledge of middle office processes and the Front Office trading system Murex. Knowledge of broker execution platforms will be advantageous.
Experienced in handling trade lifecycle issue management and support (cancellations, amendments, options expiries, STP issues etc.) on behalf of the Trading & Sales desk.
An ability to be flexible in your daily work routine to cater to ad hoc investigations or reporting requirements. Is able to work on an individual basis but also to work as part of a bigger global team
Able to influence people to deliver outcomes, build strong working relationships within and across business units
Strong customer service ethic, subject to maintaining internal controls
