We are working with an established Pan-Asia real estate investment manager to hire an Analyst / Senior Analyst to join the Portfolio Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a regional portfolio with a broad mandate gaining exposure to the full investment and fund management process.Reporting directly into the Head of Portfolio Management, the role will need to assist in financial modelling and financial analysis of the fund's performance and that will include market research, analyzing asset and portfolio performance, preparing reports, and ensuring data integrity for our APAC-focused real estate investment portfolios. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial analysis, real estate fundamentals, and reporting processes.As a key support to the team, you will also be actively involved in reporting and investor management. The role will also be involved in the deployment of committed capital in new projects within a regional mandate, which will provide an opportunity to analyse and structure new investment and growth initiatives. Being keenly involved in the transactions, the role will also work with internal and external teams with exposure to multiple markets within Asia Pacific.Key experience and attributes include:

• Demonstrated expertise in financial modelling and analytical skills with the ability to analyse and test financial models and forecasts
• Have the ability to work with multi-cultural stakeholders and be able to foster relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Be able to think strategically and work in an dynamic environment
• Competent research capability, complemented by a high level of problem-solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proven ability to handle large datasets.
• Proactive and results driven, able to work under pressure whilst demonstrating flexibility
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Property, Business and/or Applied Finance & Investment
• 5 to 7 years of experience in real estate investment management, portfolio management, or a related role, preferably with an APAC focus.
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with real estate management software (e.g., Yardi, Argus) is advantageous
