Job Description

The senior analyst will be working closely with the senior management primarily on new acquisitions, fundraising and investor relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Build and run financial models on acquisition opportunities/asset underwriting, ensuring models are accurate and reflect realistic assumptions.
• Assist in due diligence, analyse performance drivers and risks, monitoring performance of portfolio of assets, and partake in reviewing of investment structures, formulation of investment strategies to maximize returns when appropriate.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders during due diligence including service providers, tax advisors, surveyors, lawyers etc.
• Prepare materials for the investment committee ensuring the investment papers are organized and communication is clear.
• Assist with the preparation of reporting materials and Board-related administration Investor Relations & Sustainability Reporting
• Assist in responding to investors and investment related queries timely and accurately
• Assist in managing investor reporting such as investment management reports, investors due diligence, investor market materials, performance attribution, track record etc. Finance & Treasury
• Assist CFO in managing enquiries, requests or requirement from Lenders
• Prepare Debt-related compliance, required reporting and debt management requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in Real Estate and Finance with 3-5 years of experience in the real estate industry
• Financial modelling skills, with the ability to build financial models from scratch highly preferred
