About Our ClientOur client is a leading diversified real estate group in Asia. They manage a vast portfolio encompassing malls, offices, hotels, residential properties, and even new economy sectors like data centers.
- Lead or assist in budgeting, forecasting, and valuation
- Monitor asset performance and formulate business plans
- Conduct market research and data analysis
- Prepare management reports and performance updates
- Drive new initiatives for value creation and future-proofing
- Support leasing and asset management functions
- Manage reports, budgets, and system security
- Centralize and maintain documentation
- Assist with workflow reviews, policy formulation, and staff training
- Manage system-level space requirements
- Assist with communicating leasing duties and providing process improvement feedback
- Degree in Accounting/Business/Real Estate with at least 2 years of real estate reporting experience
- Analytical, detail oriented, and possess strong financial analysis skills
- Real estate knowledge and IT proficiency are beneficial
- Team player with good initiative, meticulousness, and the ability to multitask under pressure
