RESPONSIBILITIES



Purpose of the role



A Senior Analyst in Client Servicing will manage research projects, including design, set-up, analysis and reporting, as well as managing of existing client relationships.


Scope of the role



To manage research projects from end-to-end, requiring a blend of technical research skills, project management abilities and strong communication and client-facing skills.


Key Responsibilities



Work closely with Research Managers and other team members to manage quantitative research projects. Project management to include questionnaire design and fieldwork preparation and working closely with data processing team to ensure data is accurate and on time Analyse and generate meaningful insights from research data, and prepare presentations for project pitches and presentations Take responsibility for project management and client interaction at various stages of the research study

Functional Competencies



Keen to learn and proactive in self-development Strong attention to detail and perform with consistent accuracy Communicate and work effectively with the team Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience



At least 2 years of Market Research Experience (preferably in agency role) Familiarity with SPSS will be advantageous

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum bachelor's degree in Market Research, Communications, Psychology, Sociology, Business, or a related field.
