Job Responsibilities

Transaction Support & Structuring

Assist in the structuring of bespoke credit solutions by preparing financial models, cash flow analyses, and scenario stress tests. Support internal coordination with Credit Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams during transaction development. Contribute to the preparation of transaction documentation including term sheets and presentations.

Client & Investor Engagement

Help maintain relationships with corporates, financial sponsors, asset managers, and institutional investors. Conduct market research and prepare strategic insights and commentary for client discussions. Assist in the development of client proposals and pitch materials.

Risk & Portfolio Monitoring

Monitor performance of structured transactions and track credit risk indicators, counterparty exposure, and market developments. Support reporting and analysis for ongoing portfolio management and risk oversight.

Strategic & Regulatory Initiatives

Stay informed on regulatory developments and assist in applying relevant changes to structured credit products. Contribute to internal initiatives aimed at improving product frameworks and business efficiency.

Collaboration & Team Support

Work collaboratively with teams across APAC and East Asia on risk analysis and new business development. Participate in post-deal reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Job Requirements

1-3 years of experience in finance, preferably in structured credit, corporate finance, or investment banking. Strong interest in credit markets and financial analysis, with a solid understanding of investment principles. Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; familiarity with cash flow modeling is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. A collaborative team player who is also independent and self-motivated * Commitment to professional integrity and ethical standards.
