We are looking for an antitrust and/or regulatory litigator with excellent judgment and strong communication skills and a proven track record to handle the day-to-day progress of litigation matters in the APAC region and India. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who has significant experience in handling sophisticated competition and/or regulatory-related cases at the trial court and appellate levels. This role requires a litigator with highly efficient time management skills and the ability to strategically run litigation matters from beginning to end.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong technology interest and competence.



Relevant trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation.



Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.

Minimum Qualifications

7-10+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, including strong experience leading competition and/or regulatory-related litigation.



Significant experience working with experts and expert-related discovery.



Experience in handling matters across geographies in region.




Juris Doctor or equivalent with admission in a relevant jurisdiction.
