The JD should contain the following:

• Roles and Responsibilities:

• Involve in Application Development activities (Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Development, Testing and Deployment management etc.)
• Involve in tracking and discussion of change requests with Development team and Customers, communication with customers, internal and external stake holders for implementation of change requests etc.
• Participate in meetings with Customer/stake holders
• Working with offshore development team to co-ordinate on development activities.
• Publishing reports to internal and external management stakeholders (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) as required.
• Reporting to Onsite Project Manager.

• Skills /Competencies:

• Essential Skills:

• Total Experience: 4-12 years
• Technologies: MS .Net, MVC, ASP.NET & VB/C#.Net, SQL Server 2008 or above, HTML5 , JavaScript , Angular JS or any other JavaScript libraries, MS Visual Basic 6, Classic ASP (preferred but not mandatory), MS stack (API , Web Services) would be added advantage
• Domain: Supply Chain & Logistics (Warehouse and Order Management Systems)
• Process: Development (Waterfall, Agile)
• Leadership skills with experience in managing small to medium teams with offshore team reporting and tracking.
• Strong communication skills to work directly with Customers (Senior Management level).
• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

• Preferred skills
