Senior Application Engineer ($7000 $8000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$8K+ AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Using CAD tools and Load-pull measurement, develop demo-boards (High Power GaN Doherty, Driver, Small Signal GaAs LNA/ Gain Block, Driver) to evaluate new design
- Optimize demo-boards performances (RF matching, fine tuning) to meet customers specifications and initiate design-in opportunities at customers
- Collaborate across multiple engineering disciplines, including product, test, design, and marketing to support/answer customers\' needs
- Interact with customers to understand their current and future needs for radio architecture and be able to translate that into requirements for new products
- Work closely with product marketing to define future new RF products
- Write technical documentation including application notes, white paper, etc
- Conduct training and/or deliver talks to internal teams, external channel partners, customers, seminars & symposiums
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Bachelor, Master or PhD, degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Familiar with simulation tools such as Keysight ADS suite, IQSTAR Circuit Measurement and Analysis Software, 3D EM Simulation HFSS, AutoCAD is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
