Responsibilities: Develop motion control solutions for customized applications to meet customers\' requirements and specifications.
Provide on-site application support and troubleshooting for the motion controller, servo driver, brushless dc linear motors, encoders, and other motion control peripherals.
System testing, evaluation, and commissioning of motion control systems.
Propose and generate the bill of material (BOM), wiring diagrams, and cable drawings for motion systems.
Perform product evaluation and performance benchmarking for motion control peripherals.
Provide product application training for customers when required.
Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical and or Electronic Engineering, or other relevant disciplines.
Minimum one-year relevant working experience in automation or motion control industry.
Ability to read and produce electrical wiring diagrams.
Familiarity with power electronic drives and motors and actuators.
Basic understanding in mechanical engineering principles (kinematics, dynamics), ability to read mechanical drawings.
A solid foundation in classical and modern control systems principles, system identification, control system stability analysis, servo motor control, loop shaping and tuning, ability to interpret bode, Nyquist, Nichols diagrams.
A good foundation programming languages and concepts (C#, C++, MATLAB, Python, LabVIEW - variables, arrays, loops, conditional statements)
Experience in ACS motion control platform is a plus.
