The Role
Provide pre-sales and post sales support to customer on semiconductors testing
Maintain customer satisfaction so as to maintain or become the preferred tester platform
Project delivery and support of Test Program/Test Library creation, conversion or cosultation as
required by customer
Provide support and consultation for Hardware and Software solutions for Customer Projects
Post sales consulting and support including test methodology enhacements and modifications, test
hardware/software feature recommendations and audit
Support and debug production issues like correlation, test time and yield discrepancy etc
Delivery of application training, knowledge transfer and skill-up for Customer
Hands on to both automatic test equipment (ATE) system development and product testing
Well understanding in ATE environment, knows application to test integrated circuits that combine
multiple functions, including logic, analog, RF, and digital signals
