Responsibilities: You will be required to work closely with the head of Strategic Planning for the marketing and promotion of BMS systems (Tridium N4 framework) for Mitsubishi Electric group companie Responsibilities: You will be required to work closely with the head of Strategic Planning for the marketing and promotion of BMS systems (Tridium N4 framework) for Mitsubishi Electric group companies in ASEAN and India. You will also report to the Public Utitlity and Solutions Division and work closely with the sales team to develop customized Building Automation systems to suit clients' applications. He/She will design and implement solutions using the Tridium N4 framework, including controlling 3rd party electrical equipment, HVAC, vertical transport, security equipment, etc, using high level interface such as BACnet, MODBus and LON. You will also be expected to prepare and conduct BMS presentations to support the marketing of company's Electric BMS for the ASEAN and India region. Support the development of the BMS business in Singapore, ASEAN and India Interpretation of specifications and equipment data, set design parameters and generate design documentation Provide technical support, design and implementation of BMS technical solutions using Tridium N4 framework to secure BMS projects Prepare presentation materials design solutions marketing purpose Guiding the technical drafting team in technical designs development Providing technical support to the marketing team during tenders Programming of the Building Management System (Tridium N4) Providing support for integration management (site work) Directing and managing subcontractors to ensure successful delivery of project. Requirement: The incumbent must have strong project management skills Knowledgeable in Tridium Niagara AX/N4, BACnet, LonWorks and MODbus protocols JavaScript, HTML, Python and CAD are a plus point but optional Possess good planning, organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to interact with different levels of people Able to work independently but at the same time able to work well within a team Possess a recognized Engineering Degree Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience Preferably certified in Tridium Niagara AX/N4 Willing to travel to ASEAN countries, India, Pacific Islands and Africa Information: Salary: up to $6,000 + AWS + VB Location: Queentown Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, kindly send your resume in MS WORD format to [HIDDEN TEXT] or please click on 'Apply Now' and provide the below details in your resume.
