Perform as Team Lead role for the Accounts Receivables, lead a team of Finance Assistants.
Responsible for the day-to-day processing and liaising with the Homecare and Operations teams
Monitor timely collection of outstanding receivables by AR assistants
Review daily reconciliation of collections to outstanding receivables and bank statements, banking matters and data entries of receipts before posting entries.
Prepare monthly and yearly closing for Homecare services.
Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
Monitor and track Medifunds movements.
Support Medifund Committee for the Medifund claims.
Create the sales codes and customer cards for Homecare services on the accounting system.
Liaise with external auditor on accounting matters
Report to Head of Finance.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy
At least 2 year of relevant experience and above
Knowledge of Navision is an advantage
Experience in leading a team \xef\xbb\xbf
