Job Description

We are working with a boutique architecture and design practice recognised for bespoke hospitality and luxury residential projects across Asia. With a strong pipeline of resorts, villas, and high-end residential developments, the studio is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join its Singapore office.
This is a hands-on leadership role, suited for an architect with both design sensitivity and technical expertise. You will oversee projects from concept to completion, managing design coordination, documentation, and on-site execution while guiding junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of hospitality and high-end residential projects from concept through completion
- Translate client briefs into innovative and buildable design solutions aligned with project budgets and timelines
- Prepare and review detailed drawings, technical documentation, and specifications for authority submissions and construction
- Coordinate with interior designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project integration
- Oversee site progress, resolve technical or design issues, and maintain quality standards throughout delivery
- Mentor junior architects and assist with resource planning for the design team
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews as a senior project representative
Key Requirements:
- 6-8 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong background in hospitality and/or high-end residential projects
- A degree in Architecture with proven technical knowledge and project management skills
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence, spatial planning, and detailing ability
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), and Adobe Creative Suite; SketchUp or Rhino a plus
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with experience in consultant and client-facing roles
- Full working rights in Singapore; regional project experience a plus
