Senior Lead Architect (Min 10years exp).


Executive Architect / Associate (4 to 6 years)





Currently hiring a

Senior Architect with any Industrial project Experience.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and project managers, to deliver innovative and sustainable architectural solutions Adhering to design specifications, building codes and regulations to ensure design compliant Conducting site visits, managing client relationships, and presenting design proposals to stakeholders Assist / Lead / Manage the project team to complete projects on time, on budget and according to client and authority's requirements Manage multiple projects concurrently from design stage to project completion Ensure project team's current workflow practices are in line with company standards and proposed improvements Familar with BIM.

Job Requirement

Degree in

Architecture

or equivalent Registered Architect with the Board of Architects Singapore (BOA) is preferred but not a must. Minimum of

10 years

of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, for senior or lead role Minimum of

4 to 6

years

of post-qualification experience in the architecture industry, for executive architect or associate. Strong understanding of design principles and construction practices Familiar with regulatory requirements like URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, NParks, and relevant building codes Proven project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality, innovative designs * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information to diverse stakeholders
