About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Architect
with deep Asset Enhancement Initiative (AEI) work experience and a proven track record in navigating authority codes and compliance. You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring regulatory adherence and delivering high-quality design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage architectural design and documentation throughout project phases (concept, schematic, detailed design, construction).
Ensure full compliance with local regulations (URA, BCA, PUB, etc.) and oversee authorities' submissions (e.g., SCDF, NParks, Singapore Green Mark).
Coordinate closely with engineering disciplines and infrastructure teams to integrate AEI requirements into architectural outcomes.
Prepare and submit planning and building applications, manage revisions, liaise with authorities and consultants to secure approvals.
Oversee preparation of specifications, detailed working drawings, tender documentation, and contract administration (e.g., SIA/PSSCOC).
Mentor and manage junior architects, ensuring quality control and adherence to compliance standards.
Advise clients on authority-related matters and represent the firm with clarity and authority.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (recognized by the Singapore Board of Architects).
Minimum 8 years of relevant architectural experience, including hands-on AEI coordination and local authority submissions.
Strong command of local building codes and approval processes.
Proficiency in BIM and architectural documentation (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD).
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with AEI project workflows and project compliance is advantageous.
