An international architectural studio has engaged Aurex group to recommend a Senior Architect to join their Singapore design focused studio. With an extensive catalogue of award winning projects, our client is expanding due to demand and would like a registered Architect that has ambitions to take a leading role and share their experience with the next generation of Architectural professionals in their respective team.You will have been involved the in the front end design process Architectural projects across South East Asia. Client facing, your expectations as a Senior Architect, will be to do what\'s best for both the client and your studio, negotiating the middle ground where both parties are happy to move forward.This position is an entry point into a recognised design leadership post and ideally over time, this will develop based on the successful applicant\'s attitude and results.Requirements:To be considered for a role, you must hold the following:
- A minimum of 4 years post qualified design experience.
- A design portfolio showcasing your concept and work in design development of the projects you have been involved in Asia.
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate with clients, seniors and peers equally.
- You will have delivered large scale projects, preferably mixed-use.
- This opportunity is also open to people keen to move to Singapore but hold the experience above.
