Our client is a design and build construction service provider with an in-house multi-disciplinary design consultancy capability led by a dedicated team of professionals to undertake building, civil engineering, and infrastructure projects. Senior/ Architectural Associate Responsibilities
- Responsible for project brief formulation, design conceptualization and presentation.
- Plan Preparation & submission for planning and building plan clearances
- Set out Architectural details & specifications
- Contract and construction management
- TOP & CSC procedures and completion/ handover of project
- Master in Architecture or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experiences in architectural practice (e.g. development of master plans, power plants, warehouses, offices, residential, additions & alterations works)
- Familiar with BIM (Revit), SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, AutoCAD and PhotoShop
- Only Singaporeans
