Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative
Senior Architectural Designer
with a strong background inhospitality design
to lead and oversee projects ranging from hotels and resorts to restaurants and entertainment venues. This role requires a creative visionary who can deliver high-end, functional, and guest-centric designs while ensuring compliance with industry standards and brand requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with clients, project teams, and consultants to create immersive and memorable hospitality spaces.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development
of luxury hotels, resorts, restaurants, and mixed-use hospitality projects.Develop and present concept designs
through sketches, mood boards, 3D renderings, and presentations.Ensure brand identity and guest experience
are integrated into every design while maintaining functionality and efficiency.Collaborate with clients, hotel operators, and stakeholders
to understand project goals and requirements.Coordinate with interior designers, engineers, and contractors
to ensure seamless project execution.Prepare and oversee construction drawings, design specifications, and documentation
using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Lead design workshops and presentations
with clients and project teams.Stay updated on emerging hospitality design trends, materials, and sustainability practices
to create innovative solutions.Ensure compliance with building codes, accessibility standards (ADA), and hospitality industry regulations
. *Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers
while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
