Job Description

Take the "brief" to identify clients' needs and put together feasibility reports and design proposals Develop ideas keeping in mind the client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact Independently prepares plans and specifications for construction and/or alteration of buildings Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations. Keep within budgets and timelines. Execute and manage projects to the firm's design requirements Demonstrated collaboration and proven ability to excel in a team environment Strong design flair in conceptualization & visual awareness with an eye for detail an advantage Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage

Requirements

A recognized Degree/Master in Architecture from a reputable university 4 to 10 years of working experience Conversant with Singapore codes and regulations is a prerequisite, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore Proficiency in CAD/functional drafting capability/Sketchup BIM proficiency will be an advantage Able to work well in a team
