Job Description

Responsibilities:

Developing design concepts into detailed design.


Preparation of technical package and co-ordinate with technical support team


Liaise and co-ordinate with internal team members, clients and consultants.


Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines


As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will play an active part in Client presentations, explaining design concepts and technical inputs.

Qualifications & Capabilities:

Bachelors/Masters in Architecture.


Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.


Experience in working with South East Asia projects especially in Vietnam


Proven track record of completed projects in Vietnam


Proficiency in Vietnamese language is add on advantage project management & liaison with client and consultants in Vietnam


Strong design sense


Strong computer aid skills such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Adobe package


Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.


Excellent organisational and collaboration skills with a multi-disciplinary team
