Job Description
s:
- Experience in all aspects of Design from concept through construction will be an advantage
- Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
- Execute and manage projects to the firm\xe2\x80\x99s design and project management requirements
- Demonstrated collaboration and proven ability to excel in a team environment
- Strong design flair in conceptualization & visual awareness with an eye for detail an advantage
- Ability to guide and lead young architects in team
- To travel as and when necessary
- Any other ad hoc assigned
Requirements:
- A recognized Degree / Masters in Architecture from reputable university
- 4 to 10 years working experience
- Conversant with Singapore codes and regulations a prerequisite, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
- Proficiency in CAD / functional drafting capability.
- Able to work well in a team
