Senior Architectural Drafter
Job Description
Roles & ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities*Preparing design proposals using computer-aided design (CAD) and Singapore standard drawing methods*Assisting in the detailed design process and coordinating design information*Preparing/updating tender documentation and construction drawings*Preparing planning applications and other regulatory application procedures*Liaising with appropriate authorities (Eg. Planning enquiries and technical officers) to obtain statutory approval*Attending weekly meeting and recording meeting minutes/discussions*Provide client with recommendations on materials and construction method that is in line with the design intent*Conduct site inspections to ensure that design intent is adhered to*Assist to any others task assigned by Managing DirectorRequirements*Degree in Architecture, Engineering Electrical, Mechanical or equivalent*Proficient in AutoCad/Revit & Related to Drafting Software*Experience in handling projects from design to completion would be an advantage*Collaborative team player and communicator with ability to organize and delegate*Good interpersonal skills and has the ability to work independently*At least 3 years of experience (local or overseas) in construction field
