Senior Architectural Engineer | Coordinator

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Effective submission of Method statements approvals to be coordinated/reviewed by the relevant team before the commencement of work
- Monitor, coordinate, and supervise all architectural work on site
- Liaise and coordinate closely with the archi team on the submission status of materials and shop drawing approvals
- Coordinate, monitor, and control Architectural subcontractor\'s progress and quality of works
- Coordinate and work closely with the archi team in solving technical and detailing issues of Architectural works as per site condition
- Attend Project coordination meetings if necessary
- Conduct inspections (e.i. with RTO) to ensure workers are carried out according to contract specifications, codes of practices, and safety regulations
- Any other duties as assigned
- Diploma/Bachelor of Science in Architectural, Civil Engineering Degree or similar
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in construction supervision of architectural works specifically for LTA and MRT projects
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with subcontractors and engineers
