The Private Real Estate team at Partners Group delivers investment solutions to institutional clients worldwide. As Head of Business Development, Asia, within the Client Solutions business line, the successful candidate will be working in partnership with the broader Private Real Estate investment team and Client Solutions professionals to manage fundraising campaigns, develop bespoke solutions and drive overall growth within the firm's suite of Infrastructure products. Ultimately, success in this role will be measured by the successful attainment of new capital, development of new and innovative investment solutions, as well as providing excellent client service to existing investors.
The successful candidate will enjoy a high level of support and involvement from firm leadership, the Private Real Estate investment team, the Client Solutions team, and will be expected to work in a highly collaborative manner with others across the firm to successfully raise capital and serve investors.
This hire is for a key role within the firm's overall growth and expansion strategy in the Asia. The successful candidate will join a highly regarded asset manager on a successful growth trajectory, with an emphasis on growing the Asia business. The successful candidate will enjoy the excitement of an entrepreneurial firm coupled with the strength of a highly experienced and stable platform. While the successful candidate will be responsible for deep expertise in the firm's Private Real Estate products, they will be expected to work closely with Relationship Managers from the Client Solutions team to provide clients with the opportunity to consider a range of top tier investment solutions with an outstanding track record of investment performance.
