We are working with a leading real estate developer with a proven track record of Real Estate developments across all asset classes. Their commitment to innovation, integrity, and excellence has positioned them as a market leader in the industry. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a Senior Asset Manager to join their team. This role would be suitable for individuals who are looking to progress their career in overseeing a global coverage, a trait useful in a competitive job market.

Key Responsiblities:
- Collaborate with property teams and Team leads to devise optimisation strategies for each assigned asset, ensuring enhanced profitability and cash flows.
- Conduct monthly owner\'s meetings with property teams for effective communication and coordination.
- Identify and assess key opportunities for each asset, formulating detailed action plans for implementation.
- Scrutinise monthly management reports and financial statements for accurate financial insights.
- Evaluate Annual Operating & CapEx Budgets and seek relevant approvals for implementation.
- Analyse potential AEIs, perform ROI assessments, and manage the end-to-end process, including selecting designers and consultants.
- Execute annual valuation exercises for the entire portfolio, overseeing the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and coordinating valuation activities.
- Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for assigned properties, covering aspects like asset performance, market outlook, and major drivers of past and future performance.
- Collaborate with auditors and external advisors, ensuring effective communication on matters related to the assets.
- Prepare documentation for approvals related to AEIs, Annual Operating & CapEx Budgets, and significant decisions impacting assigned assets.
- Contribute to or lead various projects as required.

Key Requirements:
- Hold a strong degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Finance; additional credentials such as an MBA or CFA will be advantageous.
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in Asset Management/Hospitality roles.
- Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Exhibit a structured and methodical approach, delivering clear, professional, and relevant documentation.
- Strong team collaboration skills, coupled with a highly analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies and Return on Capital Employed (ROCE) analyses.
