Opportunity We are looking for an individual to join us in our Talent Acquisition where you will partner key stakeholders in attracting and recruiting quality talents. The role will require you to:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting on various recruitment platforms, pre-screening of candidates, scheduling interviews, managing offers and on-boarding matters and maintaining personnel records
• Organize recruitment drives and participate in career fairs
• Contribute ideas to enhance recruitment systems, processes and candidate’s experience

Requirements

• Diploma holder
• Good interpersonal, communication and planning skills
• Well-versed in social media and digital platforms
• Enjoys working in a team and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
