What the role is:
The main scope is of the Officer is to support operations in the Bureau.
What you will be working on:

• Procurement Management a. Responsible for processing eFORMS, raising of purchase requisitions for divisions assigned and the following types of purchase requisitions ? ITQ and ITT purchase requisitions ? HomeTeam Retail Megamart (HTRM) ? Building and Infrastructure ? Medical Services o Management of Outstanding Purchase Orders a. Monitor and review outstanding Purchase orders (PO) where delivery dates have passed and follow up with Requestors and Procurement Officers to update and/or close the outstanding PO. o Fleet Management a. Monitor the performance of contracted vendors relating to fleet maintenance contracts. b. Maintains the fleet register of all operational and administrative vehicles of the Bureau. c. Administers the vehicle replacement programme for operational vehicles which includes but not limited to consolidating requirements, evaluating and submitting for necessary approvals. d. Point of contact for vehicle administrative matters. o Building and Infrastructure Management a. Conducts and facilitates monthly building inspection with the appointed facilities management contractor b. Monitoring of building faults c. Submitting security clearance for contracted suppliers o Management of forfeited items. o Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

What we are looking for:

• Diploma in logistics or supply chain management. o 2-3 years working experience in procurement and logistics functions preferred. o Knowledge of government procurement process will be an advantage. o Able to communicate well and administer change management o Able to work independently and as a team player. o Comfortable with data and functional transformation.
