Overview
Join the NUHS Group Chief Technology Office (GCTO) that advocates flexible and innovative working culture. Successful candidate will be part of a team of Data Scientists and Software Developers who partner clinicians to propose, develop, and implement advanced Artificial Intelligence / machine learning models and pipelines to augment clinical workflows in NUHS cluster. The candidate will also ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of the models and tools for NUHS.Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy AI powered chatbot and relevant data pipelines for our online electronic Patient Reported Outcome Measurement platform.
• Work with the team to develop and deploy stacks to our hybrid cloud environment.
• Document clearly explaining how the algorithms have been implemented, verified and validated.
• Launch different clinical projects and customize the platform to the user needs.
• Research and develop machine learning models in various clinical areas such as clinical notes, medical images, and patients\' data
• Develop, train and test AI models in the local medical domain

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or related fields with strong programming skills. Graduate degree in related fields is favourable.
• Proficient in Python, shell scripts, Django framework, Docker and Kubernetes.
• Able to write and maintain clean, well-organized codes.
• Experience/knowledge in agile development methods and scrum frameworks. Experience in Git, CI/CD pipeline and Deployment best practices.
• Experience/knowledge in the development of end-to-end data solutions and machine learning pipeline including data exploration/extraction/crawling, data processing, and model building
• Hands-on experience on development of AI models in NLP is a plus
• Proficient in AI related frameworks such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
• Knowledge and experience in machine learning platform and services from cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, Azure
• Familiarity with healthcare data, medical image is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technically and non-technically with ability to translate between the two
